scraping away all this life and scooping it up into huge nets
leaving the ocean floor barren.
This is what commercial fishing trawlers do.
Everything you see in this picture would then be tossed overboard
somewhere else in the ocean as "trawler trash,"
treated like garbage because it wasn't what they were "fishing" for.
